.NU Domain Ltd Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Procedures, Terms and Conditions for .NU Domain Ltd Affiliates

To participate in the .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate Program, the following procedures, terms and conditions must be followed to maintain good standing in the program.

Definition: The .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate Program is a lead referral program designed to reward participating Websites with a 15% commission for every referral forwarded to the .NU Domain Ltd Website that results in a paid .nu domain name registration. .NU Domain Ltd will provide to the Affiliate all graphic components, linking instructions, online tracking and payment of commissions in accordance with the terms and conditions. The Affiliate is not responsible for the customer service or technical support of these referrals should they result in actual .nu domain name registrations.

  1. Banner and Linking Options
    Upon submission and approval of a completed application, .NU Domain Ltd will supply the Affiliate with:
    a) a .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate ad banner or icon which designates your site as a recognized Affiliate of .NU Domain Ltd;
    b) URL linking instructions for the banner/icon supplied to your site to enable and track all referrals generated back to the .NU Domain Ltd Website;
    c) a login and password to enable the Affiliate to view the registration activity level of their account, along with instructions on how and where this information may be accessed.

  2. Affiliate Referral (Commission) Fees
    The Affiliate will earn a 15% (percent) referral (commission) fee for referrals that result in a paid .NU Domain Ltd name registration. Commissions will not be paid on registrations made on the Affiliate's own behalf.

  3. Commission Payment
    The .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate referral fees will be paid in USD either by check or as a credit card credit on a quarterly basis. Payment will be issued within 30 days of the reported quarterly period. Renewal registrations are not applicable under this referral program.

  4. Referral Tracking Reports
    .NU Domain Ltd will provide the Affiliate with access (using a login and password) to an online tracking report which will total the number of .nu domain name registrations that occurred during the most recent active quarter.

  5. Online Registrations and Processes
    For all referrals resulting in a paid .nu name registration from a participating affiliate, .NU Domain Ltd will be the first point of contact and be solely responsible for all:
    -online credit card transactions and authorization of the .nu domain name registration
    -initiating renewals from the agent referrals in the following years
    -customer support and service issues (i.e., modification queries, DNS queries)

  6. Limited License
    .NU Domain Ltd grants the affiliate, a non-exclusive, revocable right to use the supplied banner as noted in item 1, solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a participating affiliate. You may not modify the banner, the message or any of the images supplied in any way. .NU Domain Ltd reserves all of its rights in the icon, the message, and any other supplied images, our trade names and trade marks, and all other intellectual property rights. This license is granted to the affiliate stated in this agreement and does not apply to the Affiliate's related affiliates or divisions.

    .NU Domain Ltd reserves the right to revoke the Affiliate's license at any time by giving written notice by email.

  7. Term of the Agreement
    The term of the agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your program application and will end when terminated by either party. The Affiliate or .NU Domain Ltd may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice (email notification) of termination.

  8. Modification of this .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate Agreement
    .NU Domain Ltd may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time in its sole discretion by posting a notification of change notice or by posting a new agreement on its site. Modifications may include: change in referral fees, fee schedules or statements, payment procedures or associate rules. .NU Domain Ltd will notify all participating affiliates of any changes or modifications to the agreement via email notification. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU MAY TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT. HOWEVER, YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON THE .NU DOMAIN LTD SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

  9. Relationship of Parties
    The Affiliate is an independent contractor under this agreement. Nothing in this agreement states or implies as a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, representative or employment agreement between the two parties. The Affiliate will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on the behalf of .NU Domain Ltd


  10. Participating Affiliates may promote themselves as a .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate, although not as an "exclusive" .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate.

  11. A .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate logo will be made available to Affiliates. This logo is property of .NU Domain Ltd under trademark law, and Affiliates may not alter or make any changes to the .NU Domain Ltd logo or its format. The logo may only be used during the period in which an Affiliate is active, has signed the agreement. Use of this logo other than the intended use for domain registration is strictly prohibited.

  12. An Affiliate is welcome to promote its .NU Domain Ltd Affiliate status in its Website's marketing and promotion effort, provided it has received written permission (email) or approval from .NU Domain Ltd
